I used a TON of dioxazine purple on this one. That was kind of fun. But that's the first card of the month. Lots more to follow...

wow wow wow wow wow!!!! that is awesome!!!!! it looks like i could reach in and touch them... i can almost smell them. fab!!! i especially like the composition, the way they're arranged, the way the two candles have burned differently. nice work.

Wow, Brett! As it was coming up I thought it was a photo. Very well done and I like how the painting turned out. I wasn't fond of the photograph, but you did a great job...I especially like the shading at the bases of the candles.
