Red Flowers - First Steps

 

I'm having a lot of fun with this painting while INXS does "Taste It" in my headphones.

It's bigger than the little postcard paintings that I did before. After working on it more, there was this...

Woo hoo! Enough with swatches of colors and theory. It's good to push the brush around again.

Is this something from the Botanical Center? I really like what you are doing with it so far and can't wait to see how the person fits in to the grand scheme.

Also, saw the mom's day card you did....she'll Love it. I think I told you I thought she would probably frame it :-)

It is from the botanical center. Thanks for the kudoi! (From my little plural exercise, I now know that "kudoi" is the plural form of "kudos." :)

LOL...kudoi! That's great. Glad to see you're still using that tool. Never thought of applying it to that word.
