Worked a bit on the Maine Shore watercolor, and love Vivaldi while I paint. I think it's the lack of steady percussion. Writing is about rhythm; painting is not. Classical music is a better fit. Tried my new brushes, and they are awesome.  The brushes are Princeton, and the one displayed is a Liner #20, and it holds its point very well. I'll buy more of this line of brush. |

Nice to see the work. Never attempted watercolors, but several of y'all who are active, doing good stuff kinda make me itch to dig out the oils and see how much survived the last move... Baroque (Vivaldi, Bach, Handel, Schutz, etc.): yeh, for most folks great accompaniment for creative work like this. Maybe even late Classical period folks like Mozart. Just not for me. Everything stops. I just hear too much of the music to do other things along with it. Different strokes. BTW, Cool brushes.
